This is Monogram's A-37B Dragonfly, a small little attacker. The kit is very nice but I added the equally nice Reheat photo-etch detail set. This includes numerous cockpit details, antennae, FOD grills, jet exhaust shields and undercarriage details. I also elected to attempt rescribing the raised panel lines — my first attempt at an entire kit — but it's an attempt best forgotten. There is hardly any room for the necessary noseweight because the nosegear bay takes up all the room, so I used the kit-supplied clear tail stand. I used Humbrol enamels for the finish and overcoated with Klear and Humbrol Matt Cote — my first successful attempt at using a matt or satin clear varnish. The kit decals were okay, but a bit out of register. I modified the kit seats slightly to allow the seatbelts to pass through the headrests. All of the ordnance came in the box.
